Here at R & R Enterprises we strive to have 100% occupancy for maximum income for the owner while matching
with the Tenants needs. Each Tenant must qualify with a credit check and criminal background check. We offer incetives for
longer occupancy, while adhering to all Equal Housing Laws along with state and federal laws as well.
- We will ensure each unit is move in ready before showing it to a prospective Tenant, and we we will
perform a move-in move-out check off sheet to maintain records of readiness and accountability. We have an experienced
in house staff to fix most maintenance problems that may arise. A periodic inspection of premises will be performed
to prevent major repairs that may arise down the road, and we can do light landscaping, lawn services, and in some cases snow
removal, and 24 hour emergency maintenance service.
- We use specialize software to track Tenant leases, rents or other fees, work requests, bookkeeping, and Tenant /
Owner files. Each month you will recieve your monthly checks along with a monthly statement for your taxes.
